Domestic shipments are carried out through the networks of:

For orders under €50, the shipping fee is €3, with an additional €2 for cash on delivery.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday (in some areas, Courier Services also deliver on Saturday)

Delivery to Cyprus

Shipments are made through the networks of:

For shipments with delivery within four business days, the charge is 25 €

(boxes until 3 kilos may contain for example 1 leather jacket or 6 fur slippers from Kastoria)

Delivery to Europe

Shipments are made through the networks of Geniki Taxidromiki and Center Courier in cooperation with the DHL network https://www.dhl.com/

  • The Express Service has a delivery time of 3 to 5 days, while the Economy service takes 7 to 10 days. Please note that the Economy service is not available for all countries

Exchange a product

Greece

The possible exchanges that may arise, come with a shipping cost borne by the customer, and the shipping cost for the exchange (to and from the customer) amounts to 8 €, which will be charged upon resending the exchanged product, using the method of cash on delivery. Note that the charge does not apply to leather jackets, the size change of which is free, and the process is as follows: the customer who wishes to change the size of a leather jacket will contact us to ensure that the desired size is available. Then, they will send us the product (with receiver’s charge), packed and always accompanied by the purchase receipt. As soon as we receive it, we will immediately send you the new product without any charge.

If the desired size is not available, there is the option to choose another product or, if the customer wishes, a refund (see paragraph “Product Returns”)

Cyprus and Europe

The exchange process is as follows:

Fill in the Return Form, which can be found inside your pachage.

Return the pachage along with the completed Return Form.

The cost of the return shipping is charged to the customer. Once we receive the pachage and verify that it is in its original condition, accompanied by the retail sales receipt, we will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving the product back to our company.

Product Returns

According to the consumer law (n.2251/1994), you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Product returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition. In any case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of returning the product, you will receive a refund within 10 days from the receipt of the product by our company, provided that the product is unused and accompanied by the retail sales receipt.

In this case, you will be refunded the amount of money that corresponds to the value of the goods and not any shipping or bank charges.

Non delivery of products

In  case you have prepaid your order (e.g. PayPal, credit card) and for any reason you did not receive your package, if you wish to have it resent, you will be charged with the corresponding shipping cost.
