Shipping Within Greece

Orders within Greece are shipped through the following courier networks:

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €70.
  • For orders under €70, shipping costs are €3, plus an additional €2 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee, if COD is selected.
  • For orders under €70 shipped via Box Now, the shipping cost is €2.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. In some areas, courier companies also offer Saturday delivery.

Shipping to Cyprus

Orders to Cyprus are shipped via the Box Now network.

The shipping cost is €10 per parcel (up to 3 kg), which can typically accommodate one leather jacket or up to five pairs of slippers.

Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders shipped to Cyprus.

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries to remote or inaccessible areas may require additional transit time. In such cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days, according to the estimated delivery times provided by our courier partners.

Shipping to Europe

Shipments are made through the network of Center Courier in cooperation with the DHL network https://www.dhl.com/

  • The Express Service has a delivery time of 3 to 5 days, while the Economy service takes 7 to 10 days. Please note that the Economy service is not available for all countries

  • Cash on Delivery payment is not supported.
  • In case of remote areas, it may be a slight delay in deliveries (may take up to 7 business days, according to the information we have from Courier Services we cooperate with)

Product Exchanges

Greece

Product Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are available at the customer’s expense. The total cost for the exchange service (return shipment from the customer and delivery of the replacement item) is €6 or €8, depending on the payment method.

The charges are as follows:

  • €6 for shipping costs.
  • €8 in total for Cash on Delivery (€6 shipping cost + €2 COD fee).

Exception: The first size exchange for leather jackets is free of charge.

If you wish to exchange the size of a leather jacket, please contact us first so we can confirm the availability of your requested size. Once availability has been confirmed, please send the product back, securely packaged and accompanied by the original purchase receipt, using recipient-paid shipping. As soon as we receive it, we will send you the replacement size at no additional cost.

If the requested size is not available, you may choose another product of equal or higher value (paying any applicable price difference), or, if you prefer, request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy (see the following section).

Cyprus and Europe

The exchange process is as follows:

Fill in the Return Form, which can be found inside your pachage.

Return the pachage along with the completed Return Form.

The cost of the return shipping is charged to the customer. Once we receive the pachage and verify that it is in its original condition, accompanied by the retail sales receipt, we will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving the product back to our company.

Product Returns

In accordance with the Greek Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to return a product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original retail purchase receipt.

The cost of returning the product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 days, provided that the above conditions are met.

The refund covers only the value of the product and does not include any shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, or bank transaction fees, where applicable.

Unclaimed Orders

If your order has already been prepaid (e.g. by credit/debit card or PayPal) and is returned to us because it was not collected, you may request that it be shipped again. In this case, you will be responsible for the applicable reshipping costs.
